Cocktail: 'The Return'

OK, with yet another interruption to the main bloggage, I was asked for a cocktail rerun. This one is a minor variation, but the name the 'Return' seems to fit.

Rather than elderflower I added the apple syrup, and less orange to balance the sweetness. And now we are out of grappa. However the fresh juicy orange in the handy fruitbowl has given it a new dimension.

Honied appley heaven.

We need another trip to Castigione del Lago!
